COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
If you accidentally threw out your packaging, don’t worry.
You can find all of the cooking instructions for each of our products here.
For food safety and quality, we suggest you follow these instructions carefully.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Pre- heat oven to 350 f. Place frozen pie on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until golden brow and bubbling. Remove from oven and allow to cool on counter top.
STORE BAKED OR HOME BAKED HOLDING INSTRUCTIONS: Place pie in a cool dry place and enjoy within three days of purchase or baking.

Bake on a baking sheet in the center of the oven

HOLDING INSTRUCTIONS: This pie is fully cooked. If frozen, remove from box and thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Once pie has come to proper temperature, keep in the refrigerator, and enjoy within three days.
Warming Method
In a 4 quart pot, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil.
Remove soup from the cardboard container and place bag directly in boiling water.
If the soup is frozen allow 25 minutes for the soup to warm.
If thawed allow 5-8 minutes to warm.
Carefully remove the bag from the boiling water and serve.
Stove Top Method:
Remove soup from cardboard container and cut the soup from the bag.
Place frozen soup in a covered 2 quart sauce pan over medium heat and allow to warm 15- 20 minutes.
If soup is thawed, warm 7- 10 minutes covered over medium heat.
Once soup has come to a boil it is ready to be served.

Roast 13 to 15 minutes per pound or until turkey has reached an internal temperature of 165 F.
Baste with pan juices every 30 minutes.
Let turkey rest 20 minutes before carving.

This turkey is stuffed with fresh herbs and garlic and is pre seasoned.
Roast 13 to 15 minutes per pound or until turkey has reached an internal temperature of 165 F.
Baste with pan juices every 30 minutes.
Let turkey rest 20 minutes before carving.

Wash turkey thoroughly with cold water.
Dry with paper towels.
Cavity may be stuffed with fresh herbs and garlic or stuffing.
Coat with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast 12 to 13 minutes per pound or until turkey has reached an internal temperature of 165 F.
Baste with pan juices every 30 minutes.
Let turkey rest 20 minutes before carving.

Wash turkey thoroughly with cold water.
Dry with paper towels.
Cavity may be stuffed with fresh herbs and garlic or stuffing.
Coat with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast 12 to 13 minutes per pound or until turkey has reached an internal temperature of 165 F.
Baste with pan juices every 30 minutes.

Preheat grill and set to a medium heat.
Place duck skin side down for 15 minutes.
Turn and grill for 5 to 10 minutes skin side up .
Duck can also be broiled or pan roasted.
Heating instructions:
Defrost frozen meatballs under refrigeration overnight. Bring your favorite tomato sauce to a boil, add meatballs,and simmer until internal temperature of meatballs reaches 165°F. Alternatively, brown meatballs in a saute pan, or bake in a preheated 400°F oven before finishing in sauce.
Cooking instructions:
Pre-heat grill and set heat to medium. Season poussin with salt and pepper on both sides. Place poussin bone side down for 25 minutes; then turn and cook for another 15 minutes on skin side to crisp skin. Check to make sure that the poussin is cooked through. Remove from grill and enjoy!
Defrost Instructions:
Place in cold running water or in the refrigerator over night.
Oven Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Season with kosher salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
Stuff the cavity with garlic and fresh herbs.
Place the seasoned quail in a oven safe dish and roast for 20- 25 minutes.
Remove the quail from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Grill Instructions:
Pre heat grill to medium high.
Season the quail the same as above.
Grill for 18- 20 minutes
Broil or grill turkey burgers until they have reached an internal tempture of 165 F.

Remove outer wrapper.
Place Stromboli and parchment on baking sheet.
Bake in conventional oven at 350 F to an internal temp of 165 F for approx. 45 min.
